Business Process

Business Process is the process by which work is done in an organization. Business process analysis (BPA) is analyzing and improving business processes.

Visio is a diagramming tool to create flowcharts, network diagrams, and others. Software developers and analysts use it to create process flows and architecture diagrams.


Architecture is the art of designing and constructing buildings. It’s an important part of any business, but it can be a complex process requiring much planning. Architecture is also important in business systems analysis because it involves understanding how different parts work together to form a whole.

Data Analysis

Data Analysis is the process of examining data to identify patterns and trends and gain insights into the underlying questions the data intends to address. Data analysis involves summarizing information from a set of observations to help you make decisions about what you should do next.

Data analysts use statistical methods such as regression analysis (linear or nonlinear) or time series analysis; they may also employ machine learning techniques such as clustering or classification trees for analyzing large amounts of unstructured data such as text documents or images. In addition, they often know databases such as SQL so that they can query them effectively

Business Analysis

The business analyst is responsible for gathering information, analyzing it, and developing solutions that meet the client’s needs.

For example, when a company hires you as a business analyst to help them launch a new product or service, you will work with key stakeholders to understand their vision for this product or service. You’ll then create a requirements document that outlines all of these goals so that developers can build out the solution based on what was agreed upon by everyone involved in creating it (i.e., sales team members).

SDLC is a process of developing software. It’s a set of activities broken down into phases: planning, analysis, design, and implementation.

The SDLC process includes the following:

  • Planning – The first step in any project is to plan what needs to be done. You’ll want to make sure you have all the resources available before moving forward with anything else!
  • Analysis – Once you’ve completed your initial planning phase and identified potential issues for your team members or clients, it’s time for analysis! This step involves analyzing the problem(s) at hand so that everyone knows exactly what needs fixing before moving forward with any other tasks associated with this project.
